01Strategy

From vision to an executable plan.

Take a broad company and product strategy and translate it into a clear one-year horizon with milestones, priorities and an executable path.

“Strategy only creates value when the people building the product can see how today’s work moves the company toward tomorrow’s outcomes.”— Christine Beurmann

Where I’ve solved this

At TELUS Agriculture & Consumer Goods, Christine built planning structures that translated strategic priorities into coordinated execution across Product and Technology teams.

What I build

  • Annual-to-quarterly planning framework
  • Portfolio prioritization and investment tradeoffs
  • Executive visibility into progress, dependencies and outcomes
  • Clear connection between team work and business value

Selected evidence

How the work becomes a decision system.

Three sanitized reconstructions show the operating structures behind the outcomes.

01

TELUS Agriculture & Consumer Goods

Product operating model and portfolio-planning system

A global organization formed through 14 acquisitions had fragmented planning practices, inconsistent lifecycle expectations, and limited traceability between approved business cases, roadmap commitments, capacity, and delivered capabilities.

02

Fiserv / CheckFree

Functional API and integration requirements

Financial institutions integrated CheckFree into their branded digital-banking experiences so customers could make one-time payments, establish recurring automatic payments, and track bill delivery in real time.

03

Elsevier, Clinical Solutions / Health

AI as an Operating Teammate

Leadership lacked a consolidated view of capacity allocation, quarterly commitments, Epic readiness, scope growth, delivery risk, and CapEx/OpEx spending. Teams also reported insufficient preparation time for next-quarter discovery.
